All personal data processing procedures (collection, processing and use) by AWARDdesign are carried out in strict compliance with the statutory data protection regulations. We collect, process and use personal data, among other things, to carry out orders, offer services and to carry out and further improve the content and functionalities of our products, internet offers and services.
With this data protection declaration we would like to inform you about the handling of your personal data. It applies to the collection, processing and use of personal data in the context of the use of the website of AWARDdesign.

AWARDdesign processes all personal data as a data processor.
3. Security of data
To protect the personal data of our customers, we use a secure online transmission procedure, the so-called “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) transmission. This transmission method is supported by most browsers. All information transmitted using this secure method is encrypted before it is sent. Your personal information will be processed only on industry-standard (e.g., firewalls, password protection, access controls, etc.) data centers and computers protected by security technologies.
We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with legal reporting or document retention requirements.
We may only grant access rights to the data made available to our own employees to the extent necessary for their respective tasks. If an employee of ours leaves the company or changes jobs with the result that the employee no longer needs access to the user’s data, the access authorization of this employee must be deleted immediately.

We secure all data effectively against unauthorized access, modification, destruction or loss, unauthorized transmission, other unauthorized processing and other misuse as far as this is possible with technically and economically justifiable effort. If a threat to data and the SaaS solution cannot be eliminated in any other way with technically and economically reasonable effort or with no promise of success, we shall be entitled to delete data with harmful content. We will inform the customer of this intention by e-mail to the e-mail address given to us.
4. Right of information as well as correction, deletion and blocking
According to the data protection basic regulation you have a right to free information about your stored data as well as if necessary a right to correction, blockage or deletion of these data. Excluded from this are data whose correction, blocking or deletion is contrary to legal, statutory or contractual retention periods, as well as data which is necessary for the establishment, content or amendment of your contractual relationship with us or which must be stored for billing purposes.
